Homemade lunch - week 2

This week's menu: japanese potato salad

Preparation time: 30 mins 

I'm half day off today to do my assignment, so I have all the time to prepare this. I had boiled some extra veggies and egg so that I could pack it for lunch tmr. 

Before the dressing:


p/s: i couldn't find the chopping board, so veggies turn out to be ugly :p but they're definitely hygienic & edible

And tadaaah after the dressing and egg as topping:


Results: not too bad.. Just not for my taste cos i'm not used to the taste of vinegar in the jap mayo. anyway it will be great for ppl who likes to venture Japanese food :)

Gotta meet my project deadline this week.. So I doubt I have time to update. But I will be eating this for the rest of the week cos I have bought a whole week's ingredient for the same menu.
